Executive Marketing Rs.85,000/- per month		(i) The Candidate should have an MBA in Marketing with a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience in Sales and marketing with an organization of high repute Preference would be given to those who are from the Aviation Industry. (ii) The engagement would be on an FTE basis for a period of 5 years extendable depending upon the requirement of the co. and the performance of the candidate.
Jr. Executive Marketing Rs.55,000/-		(i) The candidate should have an MBA in Marketing with a minimum of 03 years of experience in Sales and marketing with an organization of high repute Preference would be given to those who are from the Aviation Industry. (ii) The engagement would be on an FTE basis for a period of 5 years extendable depending upon the requirement of the co. and performance of the candidate.
Executive HR Rs.85,000/-		(i) The candidate should possess at least 05 years of post-qualification experience and hold a post-graduate degree from a recognized university with a specialization in HR management, Industrial Relations, or Labour Law. Those with an LLB Degree and having handled court cases, conciliation matters, wage and salary administrations, and statutory compliances will be given preference. (ii) The engagement would be on an FTE basis for a period of 5 years extendable depending upon the requirement of the co. and the performance of the candidate.
Executive IR Rs.85,000/-		(i) The candidate should possess at least 05 years of post-qualification experience and hold a post-graduate degree from a recognized university with a specialization in HR management, Industrial Relations, or Labour Law. Those with an LLB Degree and having handled court cases, conciliation matters, wage and salary administrations, and statutory compliances will be given preference. (ii) The engagement would be on an FTE basis for a period of 5 years extendable depending upon the requirement of the co. and the performance of the candidate.
Officer HR Rs.43,000/-		(i) Candidate should possess at least 02 years of post-qualification experience and hold a post-graduate degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to individuals with expertise in SAP ERP and experience in managing HR functions, including recruitment, promotions, establishment, salary administration, and statutory compliance. (ii) The engagement would be on an FTE basis for a period of 5 years extendable depending upon the requirement of the co. and the performance of the candidate.

Age Limit: The upper age limit according to the post is given below in detail:-

Executive	35 Years
Junior Executive /Officer	30 Years
