The High Court of Andhra Pradesh has released the notification of the recruitment for the posts of District Judges. Eligible candidates can apply before 27-05-2024 (05:00 P.M.).

| District Judges | 07 | A person who has been practicing for not less than 7 years as an Advocate and continuing in practice as of the date of notification i.e. 10th May 2024 and at the time of appointment as District Judge. Provided that, a full-time salaried Law Officer in the employment of the Central Government State Government, or any Public Corporation or Body constituted by statute shall not be eligible for the post of District Judge. |
Age Limit:- Between 35 to 45 Years
Pay Scale:- Rs.1,44,840 – 1,94,660/- per month
Application Fee:- OC/ BC categories candidates have to pay Rs.1500 and Rs.800 for SC/ ST categories through online mode.
How to Apply:- The duly filled-in applications along with attested copies of necessary documents relating to proof of age, and academic qualifications shall be sent to the undersigned i.e., Chief Secretary to Government, Government of Andhra Pradesh, General Administration (SC.F) Department, Secretariat Buildings, Velagapudi, Amaravathi, Guntur District, PIN Code – 522238, Andhra Pradesh under Registered Post with acknowledgment due, subscribing on postal cover “Application for the post of District Judge”. The applications shall reach the undersigned on or before 27-05-2024 by 5:00 PM.
Selection Procedure:- Written Examination, Viva Voce, and Merit
Notes:-
- He/ she must be a citizen of India.
- No TA/ DA will be paid to the candidates.
- Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate.
- Applications received after the due date shall not be entertained.
