How to Apply:- Interested Candidates are advised to attend an interview on 22-12-2023, at Chambers of Medical Superintendent, 2nd Floor, ESIC Model Hospital, Sector 9A, Gurugram, Haryana -122001 with applications in the prescribed proforma, all original documents, one set of photocopies of all original documents and one recent passport-size photograph (affixed on the application).

- Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate.
- No TA/ DA shall be paid to candidates for appearing in the Interview.
