Age Limit:- Not exceeding 69 years
Application Fee: The amount of the application fee is Rs.225/- and SC/ ST/ PDW/ Department Candidates, Female Candidates & Ex-Servicemen are exempted from application fees.Demand Draft of Rs.225/- in favor of ‘ESI Fund Account No. I’, drawn on any scheduled bank payable at ‘Kolkata’ has to be submitted along with the Application Form.
How to Apply:- Interested candidates should send a filled in Application form enclosing necessary self-attested copies of certificates as mentioned below, through email to deanpgijoka.wb@esic.nic.in or physically by 13-10-2023 up to 04:00 PM to the Office of the Dean, ESI-PGIMSR & ESIC Medical College, Joka, Kolkata-700104 for document verification to become eligible for appearing in the Interview.
