Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) has released the notification for the recruitment of Non-Executives. Eligible candidates can apply before 31-07-2023.

Fitter	06	(i) Passed the “National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination” in the trade of “Fitter.” (ii) One year of shipbuilding experience is compulsory.
Pipe Fitter	10	(i) Passed the National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination in the trade of “Pipe Fitter”. (ii) One year of shipbuilding experience is compulsory.
Rigger	04	(i) Passed the “National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination” in the trade of “Rigger”. (ii) One year of shipbuilding experience is compulsory
Composite Welder	03	(i) Passed National Apprenticeship Certificate examination passed in the trade of “Welder/ Welder (G&E) /TIG & MIG Welder/ Structural Welder/ Welder (Pipe and Pressure Vessels)/ Advance Welder/ Gas Cutter”. (ii) One year of shipbuilding experience is compulsory.
Structural Fabricator	14	(i) Passed the National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination in the trade of “Structural Fitter / Fabricator”. (ii) One year of shipbuilding experience is compulsory.
Draughtsman	05	(i) Must have passed the “National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination in the Trade of ‘Draughtsman’ in Mechanical Stream conducted by NCVT of the Directorate General of Employment & Training, Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India. (ii) One year of shipbuilding experience is compulsory
Carpenter	04	(i) Passed National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination passed in the trade of “Carpenter/ Shipwright (wood)”. (ii) One year of shipbuilding experience is compulsory.
Electric Crane Operators	03	(i) Must have passed National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination in the Electrician trade and have a minimum of one year of experience in the MDL/ Shipbuilding industry as Electric Crane Operator may apply for the post of Electric Crane Operator. (ii) One year of shipbuilding experience is compulsory
Machinist	01	(i) Passed the National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination in the trade of “Machinist/ Machinist (Grinder)” (ii) One year of shipbuilding experience is compulsory.
Painter	05	(i) Passed the National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination in the trade of “Painter”. (ii) One year of shipbuilding experience is compulsory.
Personal Assistant Cum Clerk	02	(i) Graduate with 50% marks in aggregate in any Discipline from any University recognized by UGC having proficiency in English. Candidates must know the operation of MS Office. English shorthand of a minimum of 100 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute. (ii) Candidates should have a minimum of Two years’ experience.

Pay Scale:- Rs.17,000 – 64,360/- per month

Application Fee:- Candidates belonging to the OBC category are required to pay the application fees of Rs.100/-. Applicants belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD (Persons With Disability) & Ex-servicemen are exempted from such payment of processing fee.

Age Limit:- Maximum age limit is 38 years and the minimum age limit is not less than 18 years as on 01 July 2023. Age relaxation will be given as per govt rules.
